Who is this for and is this for you?
This program is not for everyone, this is for those serious about their performance. If you are serious about performing in your sport, serious about performing in the gym and serious about maximising your athletic potential then this program is for you.
What will this program do?
Think of this as a complete overhaul of your performance. The program will establish your baseline, establish a path of improvement and break down you’re weakness, rebuild you and elevate you to a higher level both physically and as an athlete.
So what does this look like?
Your journey on this program will look entail:
Consultation call looking at training and performance history, goal setting and targets
Baseline performance testing to establish your current level, looking at strength, mobility and energy systems
A complete needs analysis of you the athlete, your sport and your goals to establish a route forward.
Bespoke programs designed around you, to maximise your performance.
Weekly check-ins
Regular phone and or video calls to monitor progress.
Regular testing and evaluation to track and monitor progress and performance.
An introduction to how to train to maximise performance, how to develop energy systems, strength, develop movement patterns and mobility.

The minimum commitment for the remote training programs is 3 months to ensure that we can achieve progress and deliver results.
All bespoke training programs will begin with an initial consultation call to discuss your current training goals and needs.
This will be followed by bespoke performance testing to establish our baseline from which to build your program.
