My approach is simple, to build strong, robust athletes with the work capacity to perform at their best, any time, any day and anywhere. To help athletes and individuals have confidence they have done everything to be as good as they can be.

To take into account the stresses and demands they are dealing with both physically and mentally. To always be prepared to put myself through anything I would give a client to understand the discomfort, process and the results.

  • Strength underpins everything we do. For me this goes beyond being physically strong, its to have strength of conviction in beliefs and the strength to admit mistakes.

  • Commitment to always deliver my best, to always give the best to clients. A commitment to lead from the front, to be on punctual and professional. A commitment to always strive to improve.

SCIENCE + EXPERIENCE = RESULTS

My approach mixes the latest research, science and principles and blend these with the art of programming. Distills them down and combines them with over 15 years of experience coaching, from grass roots to international and Olympic level athletes.

To understand each individual, understand their specific needs, strength and and personality traits to be able to unlock the best from each person.

Combined this allows me to connect with each athlete, to understand what they need and ultimately to deliver results that enhance their athletic performance and allow them to perform at their best whether its in the gym, day to day life or the competitive sporting arena..

PHILOSOPHY

All of the training is built around foundations in scientific principles, research and methods. With a strong body of knowledge in:

  • Biomechanics

  • Environmental Physiology

  • Sports Psychology

  • Sports Nutrition

Providing the methods and knowledge to elicit the desired physiological, metabolic and biomechanics adaptations to become the ultimate athlete.

SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATIONS

The knowledge has been refined with over 10,000 hours coaching with athletes of all levels and across a variety of sports.

This experience enables me to understand YOU the individual, to understand how to unlock the keys to each individuals performance and how to utilise the science, methods and knowledge to get the best results for each athlete. At the end of the day every athlete is different, and so the training should be too.
