Grass Roots Athlete Program
A 12 week group program designed to lay the foundations of athletic performance training for the motorsport athlete. This program includes:
Group strength and conditioning program with a focus on developing movement capacity, beginning to build strength through key movement patterns and an introduction to work capacity training that will enhance the energy systems.
Program designed around bodyweight and resistance bands (Not a full gym)
